Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer standard shipping on all US orders. Orders over a qualifying threshold may qualify for free shipping. Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping (European Union & Other Countries) We ship to the EU and select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and local customs processing. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
EU Consumer Rights Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
