Our Commitment Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare or beauty products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
EU Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us within that window. Returned items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at babybells@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice.
